How it all started

Our Founder, Shane Thompson, grew up surrounded by the construction and building industry. With his father and brother both builders, it was only a matter of time before Shane joined the family business. Shane gained experience in both commercial and industrial sites as an apprentice, tradesman and supervisor with businesses specialising in multimillion-dollar projects. It was on these worksites that Shane developed his meticulous eye for detail and commitment to achieving high quality finishes for clients.

After 25 successful years working for many leading builders, Shane founded PS Design & Construct in 2017 to bring his trademark high quality workmanship and finish to more businesses and families. Since that time, PS Design & Construct has established a tight knit and trusted group of builders, trades and suppliers to bring our level of detail to life for our clients.

The PS Design & Construct team oversee every project to ensure your dream home or project is brought to life perfectly. We work closely with our clients in all areas of the Gold Coast, Brisbane and South East Queensland to mesh vision and budget and create outcomes that exceed expectations.
